At Nightqueen3D, all our products are made to order, so please allow a little extra time for us to craft your items with care.

 

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days. Custom or larger orders may take a little longer — we’ll keep you updated if there are any delays.

Refund & Exchange Policy

At Nightqueen3D, we take pride in the quality of our handmade products. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.  

 

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us at (Nightqueen3d@gmail.com) as soon as possible with:

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

Please notify us of any issues within 14 days of receiving your order so we can assist promptly.

We currently do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, as each item is custom made to order.
